How to enrol
What you need to do:
1. Call school office and book a tour with our Principal Ms Tracey Robertson- Smith on 5962 4053. A virtual tour is available on our website.
2. Pick up an enrolment pack from the school office or download here.
3. Complete all forms and please include the following supporting documents.
- Copy of birth certificate or passport
- Copy of immunisation certificate
- Copy of visa (if applicable)
- Anaphylactic Plan (if applicable)
- Asthma Plan (if applicable)
- Action Plan for Allergic Reactions (if applicable)
4. The completed application and supporting documents can be emailed to the school healesville.ps@education.vic.gov.au or dropped off at the school office.
